Matt Hawk
was brought into this world on a rainy day in March some 33 years ago. He grew up in Spanaway, and has been involved
in many local theater and improv groups. Mr. Hawk's comedic influences are Buster Keaton, Charlie Chaplin, George
Carlin, Rowan Atkinson, most of the original cast of Saturday Night Live, the Kids in the Hall, and several street
performers he has seen in his life. Mr. Hawk is an artist by trade and woked for many years doing animation and
character design for childrens video games. He is now focusing on doing more fine art and is showing in various
places in and around Seattle. He loves brit sitcoms, dark beer, huge amounts of dead animal on his plate and the
upcoming birth of his first child. (We don't really have a name yet. It’s a girl -- send us some ideas!)

Matt grew
up on the rough and violent streets of Spanaway Washington where he learned to make all sorts of illegal drugs from
any variety of household cleaning agents. Noticing this, his parents then had to send him off into the wilds to make
it on his own. He played the nomad for many a year - setting up in some small town, getting involved with the local
theatre improv or theatre groups, only to be run out of town by various factions of people that wanted him dead for
one reason or another. Only after meeting the woman who could and would kick his ass daily did he finally come
around and become a somewhat useful member of society. Matt hates reality TV, raw tomatoes, the engine that fell out
of his 73 VW Camper 'Love Bus' on the freeway, and people who say 'Aahngst' instead of Angst.
